Mary Beth Glotzbach
Mary Beth Glotzbach oversees Franklin Templeton’s defined contribution investment only (DCIO) business segment with the U.S. institutional market. Ms. Glotzbach works with existing and prospective plan sponsor clients to help their participants achieve a secure retirement through education and by aiding in the development of DC-focused participants and solutions.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ms. Glotzbach let the Reporting Solutions product team and developed a retirement strategy for institutional software products at Morningstar, Inc. Earlier in her career with Morningstar, Ms. Glotzbach was part of the retirement advice product team. Prior to 2000, she served as head of implementation and reconciliation for the Defined Contribution Solutions Group at the Chicago Trust Company, where she began her career in the financial services industry in 1995.

Ms. Glotzbach is secretary of the Executive Committee and also serves on the Operating Committee for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), a nonprofit association dedicated to enhancing the retirement security of American workers. She is a speaker at industry conferences on topics of retirement communication and custom investments. Ms. Glotzbach holds a bachelor of arts from DePauw University.
