Erin Donnelly

Erin Donnelly is the former head of Defined Contribution for Nuveen, the investment arm of TIAA, where she was responsible for transforming their investment only (IO) platform. She is an innovative leader experienced in building and transforming investment, retirement and insurance businesses. Prior to joining Nuveen, Erin worked for Merrill Lynch leading a variety of domestic and international business platforms, including fund solutions and insurance. Erin has also previously run her own asset management consulting business, leveraging experience gained earlier in her career as a consultant in financial services.

Erin currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), where she is Committee Chair for Diversity & Inclusion. She is also a member of the Global Committee.

Erin earned a BA at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa, and holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses and is currently an executive MBA candidate at the NYU Stern School of Business. Earlier in her career, she served on the board of directors for Financial Data Services, a subsidiary of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, for IRI, the Insured Retirement Institute, and was a founding member of the SIFMA Mutual Fund and ETF Roundtable.
